Warranty

All DSPeaker products have 24-month warranty starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, power surges, or unauthorised modifications to the product.

If your product does not function as expected, please first check the Product Support / Troubleshooting section.
If the issue is not resolved, contact our Customer Service or fill in the Warranty and Service Form below.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through remote assistance without returning the product.

If the product is found to be defective and covered by warranty, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions by email.
Warranty-related repair and return shipping costs are covered by the manufacturer, so the customer will not incur any expenses for warranty service.

If, after inspection, the product is found to be functioning properly or the fault is not covered by the warranty, inspection and shipping fees may apply.
These costs are always communicated in advance, and no work or return shipment will be performed without the customer’s approval.


Service

We also offer paid service after the warranty period has expired.
Service may include repair, software updates, or replacement of components.

The cost of service and spare parts is determined case by case before work begins.
You will receive a cost estimate by email for approval before any service work is started.

When requesting service, please describe the issue as accurately as possible and use the same form as for warranty matters.

Once the service is completed, the product will be returned to you at no additional cost.
