Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the DSPeaker online store, operated by Nordic Audio Solutions Oy. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

These terms define the rights and responsibilities of the customer and the seller in connection with online purchases.

These terms apply to all orders placed via the DSPeaker online store managed by Nordic Audio Solutions Oy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to each order.

Products and Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include Finnish value-added tax (VAT 25.5%) for deliveries within Finland and other EU countries, unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable shipping and handling fees are displayed before completing the purchase.

Orders shipped outside the EU are not subject to VAT at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local fees in the destination country.

Nordic Audio Solutions Oy reserves the right to change product prices, specifications, and availability, and to correct any typographical or technical errors without prior notice.


Payment Methods

Payments are processed through the Paytrail payment service, offering secure options such as online banking, payment cards, and invoice or installment services (when available).
All payments are handled securely via an encrypted connection, and no payment details are stored by the seller.

The payment intermediary and service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.

Order Confirmation

After a successful purchase, an order confirmation is sent to the customer by email.
The confirmation includes the order details, total price, payment method, and estimated delivery time.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and any payment will be fully refunded.


Delivery

Orders within Finland are delivered via Posti, Matkahuolto, or another domestic carrier.
International EU deliveries are handled through the Shipit logistics platform using reliable carriers such as PostNord, DHL, or UPS.

The customer can choose the available delivery method at checkout.
A tracking code will be sent by email once the shipment has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

Finland: 2–5 business days
EU countries: 5–10 business days

The delivery time for backorders or special-order items will be stated in the order confirmation.


Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return process:

Complete the Return Form available on our website under Customer Service → Returns, or notify your cancellation by email at sales@dspeaker.fi.

Wait for return instructions and approval, which will be sent by email.

Return the product carefully packaged to the address provided in the instructions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds are issued once the return has been received and inspected.

Only a small return shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount. Customers do not need to pay it separately.


Warranty and Claims

All DSPeaker products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
Registered customers receive an extended 24-month warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not cover normal wear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

Before submitting a warranty claim, customers are encouraged to consult the troubleshooting instructions on the DSPeaker website.
If the issue persists, please contact customer service or fill out the Service and Warranty Form under Customer Service → Warranty.

If the product is found to be defective and covered by warranty, both repair and shipping costs are fully covered by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

Nordic Audio Solutions Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or order handling, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Our liability is limited to the total value of the order.
Nothing in these terms limits the customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.


Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes primarily through our Customer Service.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board in their home country or to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
Before filing a complaint, the customer must contact Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

Business-to-business disputes will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.
These terms are governed by Finnish law.


Data Protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
