Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal and Returns:
We hope you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Returning your product is simple: just fill in the Return Form. You will then receive an email with detailed instructions and a return code for shipping the item back.
Returned items must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging, and securely packed for transport.
Only a small return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund; you do not need to pay this separately. The refund includes the product price and the original delivery cost, minus the return shipping fee.
Your return will be processed once the shipment has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or to the bank account you specify).
If You Experience a Problem
If the product does not function as expected, please first check the Product Support / Troubleshooting section on our website.
If the issue persists, contact our Customer Service before returning the item. In most cases, the problem can be resolved remotely without sending the product back.
If the product is found to be defective or incorrect, our customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions by email.
No costs are charged for returns made under warranty, and the product will be repaired, replaced, or fully refunded.
If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or incorrect delivery, you will not be charged any fees, and your refund will cover the full purchase amount including shipping—or a replacement will be sent to you.
