This page provides practical information about product orders, payments, and deliveries in the DSPeaker online store operated by Nordic Audio Solutions Oy.

Products and Availability
All DSPeaker products are described in detail on their respective product pages.
Availability is shown during checkout. If an item is temporarily out of stock or available on backorder, the estimated delivery time will be stated in the order confirmation.
Delivery / Shipping
Orders within Finland are shipped via Posti, Matkahuolto or Postnord.
International deliveries within the EU are handled through the Shipit logistics platform using trusted partners such as DHL, Postnord, UPS, or GLS ShopDelivery, depending on the destination country.
Customers receive a tracking number by email once the order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times for in-stock items are:
Finland: 2–3 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Others: 5–7 business days
Delivery times for backorders or special-order items will be confirmed separately in the order confirmation.
Prices and Taxes
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT) according to the applicable country.
For deliveries outside the European Union, VAT is not charged at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applied in the destination country.
Nordic Audio Solutions Oy reserves the right to update prices, shipping rates, and product availability without prior notice.
Payment
Payments are handled securely via Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. All major payment methods are accepted, including online banking, credit cards, and invoice or installment options when available. Paytrail will appear as the payee on your bank statement and will transfer the payment to the merchant.

Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected delivery method, destination, and package weight. Delivery within the EU is free.
The total cost, including taxes and shipping, is always displayed before confirming the order.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing all order details, the total amount, the chosen payment method, and the estimated delivery time.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified promptly and the full amount refunded.
